Supporting Your Website

These days it seems that no matter what you buy there is is an insurance or support contract that you are recommended to purchase with it. As the consumer you are always weighing up if it's a waste of money or not. We try and make our support as simple as possible. We only offer, (therefore only charge) support on certain products. For a normal website that we update and maintain there is no support necessary as we consider it our responsibility to keep the site working and looking good. We only offer support on products that you as a customer have control over editing. These products include blogs, content management systems and calendars.

Our support is paid annually. Whether you need help in updating a page with your CMS or need advice on the best way to format your content on your blog our support will cover it.

Of course we recommend signing up for our support so you get the most out of your website. It will also make sure if anything does go wrong, it will be fixed as soon as possible.
